We just got them so we are limited on experience, but my technician tells me that they are well-made, cool in appearance and appear to be a better standard than what they have had in the past so we shall see long-term. Had a little issue with purchase. My card wasn’t working, I called their place of business and I spoke with a very nice and professional gentleman who walked me through a solution. I ended up ordering the shoes on a different card. The shoes arrived to my house 3 days later. Very fast shipping and delivery. My husband wears them and swears he feels so stuck to the roof. Very good grips. Amazing quality. All genuine leather. Would definitely recommend and would order more if I needed to.

I am really impressed with the quality of the product. It is carefully crafted and very well designed. Tested out on some roof projects and held up well and much more comfortable than their American competitor. PS: their shipping department deserves a raise for shipping this product out less than 24 hours after receiving the order.
